Axial Flow FanIn axial flow fans, the air is drawn forward and blown in the direction of the axis. Air is sucked in by impeller of this type of fan, and then discharged along the axis. Airflow generated would therefore not be affected by centrifugal forces. This fan is widely used to cool machines and equipment that become too hot after use. This fan is widely used for process cooling in machinery, spot cooling of transformers as well as promoting ventilation in facilities, like warehouses, production units, garages, etc. Axial flow fan also efficiently removes toxic gases and fumes from several industrial units.
